A berry-licious quick, healthy and delicious no-cook chia pudding for breakfast, dessert or a snack.
Strawberry Almond Chia Pudding
1/2 cup almond milk
4 ounces fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon vanila extract
1 tablespoon Mandelin Blanched Whole Almonds, chopped
Puree almond milk and strawberries in a blender until smooth; pour into a bowl.
Stir chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract into the strawberry puree.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours. Top with chopped blanched almonds for serving.
