Almond Milk And Frozen Treats
1 cup almond milk
3/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt, 2% or whole may also be used
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons Mandelin Classic Natural Roasted Almond Butter
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup Mandelin Diced Natural Roasted Almonds
Place almond milk, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, almond butter, honey and vanilla extract in a blender and blend until smooth.
Fold in diced almonds.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze the popsicles until they are frozen solid, at least 4 hours.
