Super moist and gluten-free. This one-bowl creation is easy to make and enjoy.
Almond Banana Bread
2 cups Mandelin Natural Almond Flour or Blanched Almond Flour
3 large eggs
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cinnamon (optional)
Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray or grease with butter.
In a mixing bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and bake on the center rack 40-50 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool completely before slicing or bread will break up.
