Honey Roasted Moroccan Amãlou

1 pound (2-1/4 cups) Mandelin Blanched Whole Almonds
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Spread the almonds on a baking sheet and toast for 8 minutes, or until browned. Let the almonds cool.
In a food processor or blender, combine the almonds with the vegetable oil, honey, and salt, and blend to a paste.
Makes about 1 cup.
