Delicious dessert pizza with almond butter sauce.

2 ounces mascarpone cheese
1 ounce Mandelin Classic Natural Roasted Almond Butter
Confectioners’ sugar, as needed
5 ounces pizza dough
3 ounces mascarpone mixture
9 ounces roasted Fuji apples
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 ounce prepared caramel sauce
1/2 cup Mandelin Natural Whole Almonds, toasted
Blend mascarpone with almond butter. Sweeten to taste with confectioners’ sugar.
Sheet the dough ball and stretch to the appropriate size. Place dough on a 10-inch screen. Roll a dough docker over the pizza dough several times, avoiding the edges.
Spread the mascarpone mixture evenly over the dough all the way to the edge. Roll the edges in (approx. 1-inch) towards the center of the pizza. Distribute the apples evenly on the pizza. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly on the pizza.
Follow baking instructions for the pizza dough. Remove from the oven once cooked and cut into 4 slices. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with roughly chopped toasted almonds.
Yields 4 slices.
