Honey-coated nuts, seeds and oats, combined with sweet dried fruits.
Breads & Cereals
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/4 cup Mandelin Natural Whole Almonds, roughly chopped
1/4 cup safflower oil
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries
Preheat the oven to 275°. Mix together the oats, seeds, and nuts in a bowl.
Heat the oil and honey in a large saucepan until melted, then remove the pan from the heat. Add oat mixture and stir well. Spread on one or two baking sheets.
Bake for about 50 minutes until crisp, stirring occasionally to prevent the mixture from sticking. Remove from the oven and mix in the raisins and cranberries. Leave to cool, then store in an airtight container. Serve with almond milk ot yogurt and fresh fruit.
